For the Foundation for Auditing Research (FAR), we developed a clear and layered brand identity reflecting their academic and analytical character. As a knowledge platform dedicated to auditing research, FAR required an identity that conveys trust and innovation in equal measure. The result is a thoughtfully structured, refined visual language—confident and credible, yet dynamic enough to represent their forward-thinking approach.

Classic Typography With a Numerical Twist

We chose Scala—a classic typeface by Dutch designer Martin Majoor—for its elegant yet authoritative feel. The logo subtly references numbers and analysis, styled like an arithmetic formula—a nod to FAR’s analytical world. This careful balance between traditional and contemporary design runs throughout the entire visual identity.

From Print Collateral to Digital Platform

Besides creating a full set of stationery and printed materials—like booklets, annual reports, and materials for the annual FAR conference—we also designed and developed a completely new website. What started as a straightforward site quickly evolved into a comprehensive digital platform. It now includes a searchable research library, event module with ticketing, and integrated payment functionality. We managed all technical development in-house, optimizing user experience specifically for FAR’s diverse academic and professional audiences.
