From Pilot to Professional Brand
When De Vormstrateeg joined RWC in 2021, we found an organization full of potential — but with a visual identity still in its early stages. There were some style elements in place, but the brand lacked clarity and professionalism. Our mission was clear: bring structure and elevate the identity to the next level.
Co-creation with the Communications Team
Together with RWC’s communications team, we shaped a clear, consistent, and practical brand style. We redefined the logo, created a full logo package, and designed easy-to-use templates. Illustrations already existed in the brand — we expanded the palette and applied it broadly across various materials.
Rolled Out Across Channels
The new style was implemented across nearly all communications — from print materials and presentations to campaigns, training content, and event resources. The recognizable visual identity was applied consistently, both online and offline.
Growth Through Consistency
Thanks to ongoing collaboration and regular check-ins, the RWC brand grew alongside the organization. The result is a strong, trustworthy, and recognizable identity that builds confidence and increases social impact.
